Follow these steps in the event you need to make a warranty claim:
To lodge a claim, download the warranty claim form at the bottom of this page; alternatively, email us at aftersales@molmic.com.au and request a claim form. Complete the claim form and please ensure you enter the serial S-number easily found on the product label under your seat or on the base. If this number is not found enter N/A. Return the completed claim form to aftersales@molmic.com.au with accompanying photographs of the affected area/s.
